SOUTHERN WEDDING MEDIA LLC – DIGITAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

To provide our clients with the highest quality media and the fastest possible access to their memories, Southern Wedding Media LLC operates as a 100% digital media agency.

To satisfy merchant processing requirements and provide complete transparency to our clients, our official delivery protocols are outlined below.

1. NO PHYSICAL SHIPPING Southern Wedding Media LLC does not sell, produce, or ship physical tangible goods. We do not mail prints, photo albums, physical canvases, flash drives, or USBs. Because no physical items are shipped, our clients are never charged shipping fees, handling fees, or physical freight costs.

2. DIGITAL DELIVERY METHOD All final deliverables—including fully edited high-resolution digital image galleries and large-format unedited RAW files—are "delivered" to the client exclusively via secure, cloud-based digital download links.

These customized access links will be sent directly to the email address provided by the client on their official Master Event Media Agreement.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES Because we provide custom artistic services, our delivery timelines refer to the time it takes to process, edit, and upload your digital media following your event.

The exact delivery timeframe for your final digital gallery is dictated by your specific Master Event Media Agreement.
Once the post-production process is complete, the digital download link is generated and delivered instantly via email.

4. INTERNATIONAL "SHIPPING" & ACCESS Because our deliverables are completely digital, our media delivery is available globally. There are no geographic shipping restrictions, no customs duties, and no international import taxes associated with receiving our digital links. You can download your files from anywhere in the world provided you have a stable internet connection.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED "SHIPMENTS" (DIGITAL ARCHIVAL) While physical packages can be lost or damaged in transit, digital links are secure. However, clients are strictly responsible for downloading and backing up their files immediately upon receipt.

6-Month Archival Limit: We will host and maintain your active digital download link for exactly 6 months following the initial delivery date.
Link Expiration: After 6 months, the files will be permanently deleted from our cloud servers to make room for new clients. If a client fails to download their files before this expiration, Southern Wedding Media LLC cannot "reship" or recover the deleted digital goods.
