By accessing, browsing, or utilizing this website (the "Site") and any associated subdomains, client portals, or digital delivery links, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth below, you must immediately cease all use of this Site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & STRICT COPYRIGHT ENFORCEMENT All content present on this Site—including but not limited to photographic images, digital galleries, text, graphics, logos, branding, and website design—is the exclusive intellectual property of Southern Wedding Media LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

Prohibited Actions: You are strictly prohibited from downloading, screenshotting, reproducing, distributing, scraping, or using any images or text from this Site for commercial, personal, or AI-training purposes without explicit, prior written consent from Southern Wedding Media LLC.

3. SERVICE INFORMATION, PRICING & PROPOSALS The information, packages, and pricing displayed on this Site are intended for general informational purposes and outline our baseline offerings.

Non-Binding: Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding legal offer or a guarantee of services.
Proposals & Expiration: Official pricing, date availability, and service commitments are only valid when presented in a customized digital Proposal. All specific Proposals generated by Southern Wedding Media LLC automatically expire 7 days from the date of issuance if not fully executed.
The Master Agreement: Any eventual booking or transaction will be governed entirely by our customized Absolute Master Event Media Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the generalized information on this Site and the signed Master Agreement, the Master Agreement shall strictly prevail.

4. PAYMENT POLICIES & CONVENIENCE FEES For finalized bookings, Southern Wedding Media LLC processes transactions via secure third-party payment gateways. All credit card or debit card transactions are subject to a standard, non-refundable 3% processing convenience fee. Clients wishing to avoid this fee must utilize direct ACH bank transfers or other approved fee-free methods as outlined in their official invoice.

5. DIGITAL GOODS & TECHNOLOGICAL REQUIREMENTS Southern Wedding Media LLC operates exclusively as a digital media agency. We do not provide, sell, or deliver physical goods, tangible prints, or USB drives.

Delivery Mechanism: All final deliverables are provided exclusively via secure, cloud-based digital download links.
RAW Files & Storage Liability: For packages that include uncompressed RAW photo files, the User acknowledges that these are massive, specialized digital formats requiring professional software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop) and substantial computer storage. By utilizing our services, you assume full responsibility for possessing the necessary internet bandwidth, hardware, and software capabilities to download, view, and safely back up these files. We are not liable for a User's technological inability to manage large-format files.

6. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & CLIENT GALLERIES Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Southern Wedding Media LLC, including but not limited to payment processors, external cloud storage drives, or digital gallery platforms. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access these third-party links entirely at your own risk.
